The idea behind Blog Redding first came to life in September 2010. The idea was very simple – highlight Redding area businesses and help connect our community to the diverse products and services available.

We started, but life and other business responsibilities got in the way so this project  sat by the sidelines.  Our vision never went away, the timing just wasn’t right.  Our commitment to moving forward stayed strong.

Today, a full year later, we are revisiting this vision and are putting it into action.   In the past several months we have launched Redding Night Out, a website that connects our wonderful community to the events and businesses in our area.

Blog Redding is a critical component of the Redding Night Out vision.  We provide information and news on our area businesses, non-profits, charities, schools, bars, restaurants and personalities and shopping.
